Initial Franchise Fee

$50,000 (one-time, paid upon signing the franchise agreement). This fee grants you the license to use the Tumble-Topia brand and system. It also covers your initial training and onboarding support as a new franchisee.

Royalty Fee

6% of gross sales (ongoing). This monthly royalty allows us to continue providing you support, system enhancements, and brand development. It’s a straightforward percentage of your center’s sales – aligning our success with yours.

Franchise Term

10 years initial term. Our franchise agreement spans a decade, giving you ample time to establish and grow your business. We also offer a 10-year renewal option – franchisees in good standing can renew for an additional term, so you can continue benefiting from the brand long-term.

Estimated Initial Investment

$800,000 – $1,500,000 (including the franchise fee). This range covers the total estimated cost to open a Tumble-Topia center. It includes expenses like site build-out, leasehold improvements, play equipment, furniture, initial inventory, working capital, and other startup costs. Actual costs vary by location and facility size, but we will help you plan and budget accordingly.

Facility Size

8,000 to 12,000 sq. ft. of space is recommended. This allows room for our play structures, party rooms, a seating area for parents, and a possible café/snack counter. We assist with layout design to optimize your space for fun and efficient operations.

Exclusive Territory

Yes. Each franchisee is granted a defined, exclusive territory in their franchise agreement. This means we will not open another Tumble-Topia franchise (or company-owned unit) in your area. Your investment comes with peace of mind that you’ll be the sole Tumble-Topia provider to your community.

Brand Marketing Fund

2% of gross sales (ongoing national marketing contribution). All franchisees contribute to a collective marketing fund that fuels nationwide advertising, digital marketing campaigns, social media, and other initiatives to drive customers to Tumble-Topia. We handle big-picture marketing so you can focus on local outreach.

Ongoing Costs

In addition to royalties and marketing fees noted above, franchise owners are responsible for typical business operating costs (rent, utilities, staff, insurance, etc.) and a required minimum for local advertising (we recommend at least 1% of sales reinvested in local marketing). There are no hidden franchisor fees – for example, we do not charge extra technology or training fees beyond what’s described in our Franchise Disclosure Document. We succeed when you do, so our fee structure is simple and supportive.
